Shipping Policy
In-Stock Items
In-Stock Items will typically ship within 3 business days. There may be heavy ordering times throughout the year, or conference times, that may delay shipping. These times are usually in November – December, and the 3rd full week of January each year. Expect delays during these timeframes.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. For example, if an order is processed late Friday afternoon, it will most likely be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday.
Multiple Items
We charge for one shipment only, so all ordered items will ship together. If an item is on back-order, or we need to order it from a supplier, we will wait until we receive that item to ship your entire order. If one of your ordered items will take a long time, we may decide to split your order shipments; this is solely at our discretion. If you need an In-Stock item faster, and do not want to wait until all items come in before we ship to you, we suggest you order it separately.

We ship all ordered items in one package. If there is a longer processing time on some items, and if we decide to ship part of your order separately for your convenience, we will cover the cost of the extra shipment and the shipping method will be at our discretion.
International Shipments
We do not ship internationally at this time. We can ship to APO/FPO military addresses for most products. We will inform you if a product you have ordered cannot be shipped.

We will ship using US Postal Service. However, we must comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations. Restrictions are applicable to some products. These will be noted on the product detail information. You will be contacted we cannot legally fulfill your order, and you will have the option to provide us with a U.S address for shipping.
Free Shipping
All orders over $99 ship free, except Firearm orders. Free shipping method is determined by us - generally USPS first class mail or UPS Ground. You have the option to pay for your choice of shipping method.

$99 required total is product price before tax & shipping get added.

If you are applying a discount coupon code to your order, your order total will be reduced. Free shipping will apply if your final order total after the coupon is applied is over $99.

If you check out with free shipping and then you cancel items out of your order to bring your total to below $99, your refund will be reduced to cover the applicable cost of shipping the items not canceled.

Free shipping applies to continental USA orders only. Free shipping does not apply to international orders or dealer orders.

When shipping is free, we will use our choice of shipping method. If a specific method is desired, select & pay for it at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions of the products ordered, type of products ordered (cleaning kits/firearms/etc.), and shipping address. Cleaning Kits contain Hazmat materials and require additional shipping. Firearms have additional shipping charges due to the nature of the shipment/insurance requirements/etc.

USPS Priority Mail: Generally 2-3 business days but not guaranteed.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers on second business day - guaranteed. NO Saturday delivery.
