Returns & Exchanges
Standard Return Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, with some restrictions apply for specific items and are based on manufacturer’s recommendations/warranty. Any items with restricted return periods will be clearly indicated in the product description on the product page.
Please examine the outer box and all contents of your order immediately upon receipt, for any indication of damaged goods. Take photos of outer box damage before opening. Take photos of inner box damage if needed.
If you are returning a gift item, you will need to provide us with the order number or purchaser’s information so that we may find the order in our system. Options for gift return include exchanging for another item, issuing you with store credit, or a return/refund to the purchaser. If you do not want the purchaser to know about your return, please make us aware and provide us with your contact information. If we do not have this information, the purchaser will receive an email regarding the return processing.
We do our best to inspect items for defects prior to shipping; however, receipt of defected items happens every now and then. If there is something wrong with an item you received, please let us know so that we can coordinate the item’s return. In the case of a defect, we ask that you please email us with photos. This will help us better manage
the issue. In many cases, you will need to work directly with the manufacturer for items that have defects. We will coordinate with you and assist in any way we can throughout the process. We want you to be a pleased customer!
The return address will vary. Some items will need to be shipped straight to the manufacturer, others will be shipped back to The Shooting Diva. Please email us at:
To expedite return processing, a return form is recommended for items being shipped back to The Shooting Diva. Returns submitted without a return form may experience a processing delay. We will send you a return form when we provide you with the return address.
We do not refund original shipping costs, nor do we cover return shipping costs. Please use any shipping method you choose to return your item to us, using a trackable shipping method, so that you have a record of your shipment. Insurance is not required but is recommended.
You may return eligible* items for a refund, a store credit, or an exchange.
Refund- we refund the product price. We do not refund the original shipping fees or any applied discounts (i.e. promotions or coupon codes).
Store Credit- this is issued in the form of Diva Dollars, with a coupon code to be entered during checkout. The Diva Dollars will never expire.
Exchange- we will happily exchange your return for a different color/size or a different product. We will ship your exchange item for free. If the exchange item costs more, we will charge the difference to the card used for the purchase. If it costs less, we will refund the difference. We will ship one exchange per order free of charge. Subsequent exchanges will incur shipping fees. Please allow 2-3 business days after return delivery for exchange processing. We will email you when your exchange order

All returned items must be in the condition that they were in when you received them. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Non-Apparel items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Promotional items sent with your order must be returned as well.
Items must be returned with product packaging and with all relevant documentation/instructions/parts/etc. enclosed.
Package must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
After we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
We thoroughly inspect each product that is returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence that items have been worn, used, or washed; if there is obvious wear and tear, if there are marks, stains or odors on the items (i.e. sweat, smoke, deodorant). We will ship back to you any item returned in a condition that doesn’t allow the item to be resold to another customer.
If the original packaging has been disfigured in any manner or is absent upon return, or if related parts, inserts and/or instruction pamphlets are absent, your return processing will be delayed until we can obtain replacement packaging and parts from manufacturers. Any associated costs for replacement packaging will be subtracted from your refund amount. Please check your item thoroughly before you ship it back to ensure that it is in new, resalable condition.
